BIO
Critically acclaimed Mezzo-Soprano Jordan Seguin-Gascoigne has performed in numerous operas, musicals, concerts and world premiers with such companies as Portland Opera, Nashville Opera, Tacoma Opera, Vashon Opera, Pacific Northwest Opera, Ensemble Orquesta, 5th Avenue Theatre, The ACT Theatre, and Seattle Symphony.
Some of her favorite roles include Adalgisa (Norma), Rosina (Il Barbiere di Siviglia), Hansel (Hansel & Gretel), Dorabella (Cosi Fan Tutte), Zerlina (Don Giovanni), Nancy (Albert Herring), Suzuki (Madama Butterfly), Juno (Semele), 2nd Lady (Magic Flute), and Cherubino (Le Nozze di Figaro). She was thrilled to make her role debut as Erminio in Scarlatti’s Il trionfe dell’onore, for the Amherst Early Music Festival this summer, as well as Doris in Campra’s L’Europe Galante, for The Cambridge Early Music Festival. Mrs. Seguin-Gascoigne is a graduate of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and lives in Nashville, TN with her husband, daughter, niece, two dogs and cat.

UPCOMING SEASON ENGAGEMENTS
Highlights of Mrs. Gascoigne’s recent season include Dorabella (Così fan tutte) with Ensemble Orquesta, Second Lady in Die Zauberflöte at Grimeborne Festival in London, and her Carnegie Hall debut as Alto and Soprano II soloist in Vivaldi’s Gloria. Additional engagements include a performance with Kollective366 for their 5th anniversary concert in New York City.
