BIO
Jordan Seguin-Gascoigne is a mezzo-soprano recognized for her versatility across opera, concert, recital, and contemporary works. Praised for her warm, expressive timbre and compelling stage presence, she made her Carnegie Hall debut as the alto and second soprano soloist in Vivaldi's Gloria with MidAmerica Productions and the New England Symphonic Ensemble. New York Concert Review praised her "captivating solo work," particularly in the Domine Deus, Agnus Dei. Upcoming engagements include her UK festival debut as the Second Lady in Die Zauberflöte with the Grimeborn Festival in London.
Jordan has collaborated with esteemed companies including Portland Opera, Nashville Opera, Tacoma Opera, Vashon Opera, Pacific Northwest Opera, Bel Cantanti Opera, Teatro Grattacielo, Ensemble Orquesta (London), and New Trinity Baroque (Belgrade). Her operatic repertoire includes Adalgisa (Norma), Rosina (Il barbiere di Siviglia), Hänsel (Hänsel und Gretel), Dorabella (Così fan tutte), Suzuki (Madama Butterfly), Zerlina (Don Giovanni), Nancy (Albert Herring), Cherubino (Le nozze di Figaro), and the title role in Ravel's L'Enfant et les sortilèges.
A passionate advocate for early music, Jordan has performed extensively in Baroque repertoire.

Highlights of Mrs. Gascoigne’s recent season include Dorabella (Così fan tutte) with Ensemble Orquesta, Second Lady in Die Zauberflöte at Grimeborne Festival in London, and her Carnegie Hall debut as Alto and Soprano II soloist in Vivaldi’s Gloria. Additional engagements include a performance with Kollective366 for their 5th anniversary concert in New York City.
